建設機械の無人化施工システムを支える、Webアプリケーション開発エンジニアを募集します。 EARTHBRAINについて 株式会社EARTHBRAINは、建設現場の主要な作業をデジタル化する「Smart Construction® シリーズ」を開発・提供し、世界のインフラづくりを変革しています。2025年時点で、国内外約1万件の現場に導入され、建設ICTソリューションとして国内トップクラスの実績を誇ります。 募集背景 EARTHBRAINでは、複数台の建設機械を一人のオペレータが監督・指示しながら自律稼働させる、無人化施工システムを開発しています。 ブラウザ上で複数台の建機の稼働状況・自律動作・カメラ映像をリアルタイムに統合表示し、オペレータが必要なときだけ指示を出す——そんな「一人多台 × 自律施工」を実現するソリューションです。 本ポジションでは、この無人化施工システムのオペレーション用Webアプリケーション（オペレータが複数台の建機を統括するダッシュボード）の開発を担当します。 UI/UX改善やインタラクション設計の磨き込みを通じて、「一人のオペレータが複数の建機を、安心して任せられる世界へ」 進化させることがミッションです。Company Info
