建設機械向けのマシンガイダンスシステム「3DMG（3次元マシンガイダンス）」の要件定義・設計を担うソフトウェアエンジニアを募集します。 EARTHBRAINについて株式会社EARTHBRAINは、建設現場の主要な作業をデジタル化する「Smart Construction® シリーズ」を開発・提供し、世界のインフラづくりを変革しています。2025年時点で、国内外約1万件の現場に導入され、建設ICTソリューションとして国内トップクラスの実績を誇ります。募集背景世界的に浸透が進んでいる、デジタル技術で建設機械の生産性を向上するIoTソリューション「3DMG（3次元マシンガイダンス）」の飛躍的進化を進めていくソフトウェアエンジニアを募集しています。当社はお客様が利用する建設機械向けのIoTソリューション（施工作業のガイダンスシステム＝マシンガイダンス）をグローバルに展開しており、工事現場の生産性・安全性を飛躍的に高めるため、AIを活用した次世代向けの機能や改善、システムの安定運用に携わるソフトウェアエンジニアを求めています。 3DMGは、GNSSによる衛星測位、センシング、車載コントローラ、Webシステム、Unity等の3D技術を統合したシステムであり、これらの技術をより高度に高めていくことができる領域です。中でも本ポジションが担うのは、建設機械に搭載する車載コントローラ（CANを介して建機の各種センサー・アクチュエータと通信）と、オペレータが操作するタブレットアプリ（Unity製）の領域です。現場ニーズや業務要件を整理し、車載コントローラ〜タブレットアプリまでを見据えたシステム全体の要件定義・設計をリードできる方を歓迎します。
