Job Summary
Physical AI（物理実体を伴うAI）を搭載した産業用ロボットまたは自立移動ロボット(AMR)のインテリジェンス開発およびデータセンターと連携した学習基盤の設計・実装を主導します。 ～具体的には～ ①Physical AIモデルの開発: 物理エンジン（デジタルツイン）上での強化学習及び実機へのデプロイメント（Sim-to-Real）の最適化 ②自立制御アルゴリズムの実装: リアルタイムでの物体認識、動的経路計画、マルチモーダルな意思決定エンジン構築 ③クラウド・エッジ連携基盤の設計: ロボット（エッジ）から発生する膨大な情報をデータセンターへ高速転送し、再学習サイクルを回すためのMLOps基盤の構築 ④現地インテグレーション管理: 米国現地のパートナー企業や開発チームと連携し物理空間のデジタルマッピングおよびセンシング環境を構築 ＜事業の将来ビジョン＞ Physical AIを核に、ロボット・モビリティ・医療など現実世界の課題解決を担う次世代ソリューションを創出し、当社ならではの“実機×AI”による新たな市場をグローバルに切り拓いていきます。米国シリコンバレー拠点を起点に、世界最先端のAI技術と現場知見を融合し、PoCに留まらない社会実装・事業化までを一気通貫で推進。 ～採用背景～ Physical AIによる新規事業を米国で本格始動させるにあたり、技術とビジネスの両面で現地開発を牽引できるAIエンジニアを募集します。Company Info
