最先端AI（ロボティクス、マルチモーダル etc）の開発に不可欠なデータインフラ開発案件のリーダーとして、アーキテクチャ設計からプロジェクトデリバリーまでを強力に推進するポジションです。クライアントの高度な要件に基づき、大規模データのETL/ELTパイプラインや周辺システム（API、管理画面、認証基盤等）の設計・開発を統合的にリードし、高品質かつ安定的なシステムを構築します。 技術とビジネスの架け橋として、最先端のAI開発を行うトップエンタープライズや研究機関との要件定義・顧客折衝を主導。抽象的なニーズから本質的なイシューを特定し、最先端技術（VLM、Cosmos、Isaac Sim等）の組み込みやデータキュレーションの仕組み化を通じて、プロジェクト成功に対する技術・マネジメント双方の責任を担います。 また、個別案件の最適化に留まらず、FastLabelとしてのあるべき共通の「データパイプライン」の設計・仕組み化を推進。コードレビューやメンタリングを通じて自社・外部委託を含むチーム全体の技術力と生産性を底上げし、スケーラブルな開発組織を確立します。確かなWebバックエンド・インフラ技術とリーダーシップを掛け合わせ、競争優位性のある開発体制を構築します。Company Info
