【採用背景/ミッション】 100年に一度の大変革期にある自動車業界において、マツダは「人と IT の共創によるマツダ独自の価値創造」として、グローバルで全領域のデータが瞬時に共有され、人とAIが協調し、圧倒的短期間で高価値の製品/サービスを提供できる仕組み・体制の構築に取り組んでいます。今回入社頂く方には、この一員として加わって頂きます。 【職務概要】 統計解析、機械学習、強化学習、深層学習などの手法を利用し、マツダの社内にある様々なデータ解析を実施いただきます。 具体的には以下のような業務を予定しております。 ・データ分析 ・解析データのレポートの見える化（可視化） ・プログラミング（解析、シミュレーション等） ＜変更の範囲＞将来的に会社の定める全ての業務に配置転換の可能性あり 【配属チーム】 全社の「生産性倍増」「新価値創造」などを主なミッションとするAIチームでの配属を予定しております。現在約10名のチームとなり、大学の研究者やポスドクの方、民間企業出身の方等が広く在籍しております。また、当チームの主な活動領域としては「業務改善」「商品開発効率化」「工場での品質改善と省人化」「新規事業（MaaS）」となり、ご経験や状況に応じて入社後に担当業務／活動領域をアサインさせて頂きます。 【ポジション特長】 ・ユーザーに近い立ち位置の業務となるため身近にやりがいを感じることができるポジションです。また研究とは異なり常に生のデータを扱い、また実際にユーザーとのコミュニケーションも取りながら解析を行う為、自身の取り組みの結果をダイレクトに感じることができる環境です。 ・また海外のカンファレンス参加や勉強会の開催、大学などとの共同研究などを積極的に承認するオープンな環境であり、最新の技術動向の変化を捉え、トライ&エラーをしていける環境です。Company Info
