【採用背景】 当社はカーボンニュートラル実現に向けたマルチソリューション戦略を推進しており、内燃機関領域でも燃焼技術のさらなる進化が重要と考えています。パワートレイン技術開発部では、次世代エンジンに向けた技術コンセプトの立案・構築から、その効果最大化に向けた研究開発まで幅広く取り組んでいます。燃焼改善や機械抵抗低減などエンジンの効率改善に資する技術開発を推進しています。 今回、数値解析を核に燃焼・熱効率改善に寄与できる技術者を募集します。 また、ご入社いただく方には、チームをけん引していただけるリーダーの役割を担っていただくことを期待しております。 【部門ミッション】 当部門は、パワートレインの要素技術開発及び次世代エンジンのユニット開発を行う事をミッションとしております。具体的には、将来パワートレインの競合力を確保するための技術シナリオの検討・提案、部品・システムの高機能化および内製化を実行できるための技術開発を進め、量産部門へ技術移管する事です。 【職務概要】 次世代ガソリンエンジンにおける燃焼技術の研究開発において、数値解析を活用した研究開発をご担当いただきます。 単なる解析実行に留まらず、燃焼現象の理解に基づく仮説構築、モデル改善、技術提案を通じて商品競争力につながる技術開発を推進していただきます。 【職務詳細】 - 3D-CFD を用いた燃焼解析の実行とモデル改善 - 実験結果との相関検討・解析結果の実用化に向けた反映 - 吸排気・噴射・点火・制御などとの統合検討および関係部門への技術展開 - 仮説立案～検証サイクルの高速運用と技術提案の主導Company Info
