当社が運営する『にじさんじ』に関する、運用・企画考案へのサポート および施策の効果測定を目的とした各種データ収集環境の構築・運用を行っていただきます。 具体的には ・社内各部からの依頼に沿った分析資料の作成 ・分析に利用するデータマートの設計・構築・運用 ■分析・開発環境 BIツール: Tableau Cloud DWH: Snowflake データパイプライン: dbt core, Dagster 開発言語: SQL, Python その他: GitHub, Slack, Confluence ■運用体制について 当社では、データエンジニアとデータアナリストが連携しながら、データの収集から分析結果の可視化（ビジュアライズ）までを一貫して対応しています。 今回募集するポジションでは、BIツールによるダッシュボードやレポートの作成を中心として、必要に応じてdbt（data build tool）を活用したデータモデリングやデータクレンジングの整備等へも携わっていただきます。 プロダクトやビジネスの意思決定を支えるための、信頼性の高いデータ基盤づくりに貢献できるポジションです。
