化合物半導体材料プロセス開発をご担当頂きます。具体的には以下の業務を担当して頂きます。【具体的な業務内容】・InP単結晶成長プロセスの開発・改善・InPウエハ加工(研削、研磨、エッチング、表面改質、接合等)技術の開発・改善・開発プロセスの量産展開および生産ライン立ち上げ・製造部門との連携・プロセス条件最適化・顧客とのコミュニケーション (製品説明、技術打ち合わせ) 【技術領域】単結晶成長、プロセス開発、表面処理・表面制御、研磨、接合 ■募集背景 AI等のデータセンターで使用される光通信デバイス需要拡大に伴い、当社の主力製品の一つであるInP基板の重要性が増加しています。このためInP事業の強化・拡大に向け化合物半導体結晶・ウエハに関するプロセス開発および製造展開を担う人材を新規募集いたします。
