自社データセンターにてお客様や社内のサーバやネットワーク機器をお預かりしており、主に以下の業務に携わっていただきます。・決まった手順に沿ったデータセンター内での運用代行作業（システム障害発生時の通報、バックアップ確認、目視確認、メディア交換、機器の設置・取り外し、設定変更、ケーブルの配線など）・入退館やサーバルームへの入退室対応・お客様からの問合せ対応・書類作成等の事務作業この仕事の魅力・シフト勤務なので、柔軟な働き方ができます。残業はほとんどありません。・ネットワークやサーバ、クラウドの運用について学ぶことができ、スキルを身につけられます。・お客様のシステムがスムーズに動くようにサポートする大切なお仕事です。
