株式会社アラヤが推進する「技能伝承のためのHuman Computer Interaction（HCI）研究プロジェクト」において、プロジェクト全体の戦略・計画策定・推進・ステークホルダー調整を担うプロジェクトマネージャー（PM）を募集します。 ■主なミッション ・プロジェクト計画の立案・管理（スコープ／スケジュール／予算） ・研究活動に関する全体統括と進捗管理（研究者・チームの調整、課題解決支援） ・外部／内部ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整 ・プロジェクト成果の品質担保と社会実装に向けた推進 ・定例会議のファシリテーション、成果物レビューおよび報告 ■プロジェクト概要 本ポジションは、熟練技能と初心者技術の橋渡しを目的とした高効率技能伝承システムの研究開発プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト全体を統括する役割です。 プロジェクトでは、以下の研究領域を横断的に扱います。 ・マルチモーダル計測環境の構築（Motion Capture／IMU／EMG／EEG 等） ・熟練者と初心者の差異を捉えるためのデータ解析・モデル構築 ・VR／AR／EMS を用いたリアルタイムフィードバックシステムの設計・検証 ・PoC 実証、性能評価および社会実装に向けたアウトカム創出Company Info
