プロ野球選手の動作を解析するAI開発をお任せします。 スマホで撮影した画像からボールやフォームを自動解析し、実際に選手が使うアプリに実装するまで、一連の開発をリードしていただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ●AIモデルの精度・速度を更に改善するための施策の策定・実施 ┗学習データ、モデル設計や学習アルゴリズム、評価方法等、AI関連のありとあらゆる要素を分析・検討し、今よりも更に性能を向上 ●他ポジションとの連携・調整 ┗性能向上の実現のため、アプリのクライアントやサーバサイドの仕様・実装を変更したり、性能テストのために野球選手（ジムスタッフ）やテスト環境を調整したりなどの、他ポジションとの連携を主導 🌟ミッション 画像認識AIの設計・開発・精度改善をリードし、チーム全体の技術的方向性を決める役割を担っていただきます。 【主なミッション】 ・より多くのユーザーに“正しく上達する体験”を届けるため、モデルの精度向上、処理速度改善、軽量化を戦略的に推進 ・技術的意思決定や開発方針の策定、チームメンバーの技術支援Company Info
