Keysight is looking for a commercially grounded, technically fluent segment leader to shape and scale our global strategy for Mobile and Satellite Network Operators. This role sits at the intersection of terrestrial 5G/6G networks, non-terrestrial networks, direct-to-device satellite connectivity, open and disaggregated RAN, private networks, and evolving operator business models. The Senior Director will define the 24-to-36 month operator segment view, translate market shifts into customer insight and portfolio action, and help drive measurable growth across priority operator accounts. The role will partner closely with Sales, R&D Centers of Excellence, Product Management, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and peer segment leaders across the wireless and commercial satellite ecosystem.
