ペパボでは、ローンチして10年以上経過しているサービスや、数ヶ月以内にリリースしたサービスなど、多様な言語と様々な環境の Web アプリケーションが存在しています。 シニア Web アプリケーションエンジニアは、多様なペパボの事業ドメイン(ドメイン・レンタルサーバー（ホスティング）、EC支援、ハンドメイド、その他)のサービスの新しい機能や周辺ツールの開発を行い、技術力によってチームをリードし、事業の成長に寄与していただきます。 具体的な職務内容は以下の通りです。 ディレクターやデザイナーと連携しながら、Ruby on Rails、PHP、Go のいずれかを用いたWeb アプリケーションの新機能を企画・設計・開発・運用します。 リリース済み機能の改修を行うほか、カスタマーサポートと共に調査を行い、ユーザーの問題を解決します。 サービスの成長に合わせて、新しい技術を評価・選定し、サービスへ導入します。 サービスのコードを長期にわたって運用できるよう、保守性を考慮した設計となるように継続的な開発を行います。Company Info
