募集背景： 「環境管理体制を適正化する」ことを目的とした増員募集 業務概要： 高浜工場の安定稼働を支える環境管理実務を担います。公害防止やISO14001運用等の法令対応を軸に、現場のデータ収集・分析や改善施策を推進。関係各所と連携し、環境リスク低減と業務効率化を両立させる役割です。 具体的な仕事内容: ・環境監査・ISO14001運用の推進 ・環境負荷物質のデータ収集・分析 ・環境目標達成に向けた施策の企画・推進 ・各工場・関係部門との調整、改善活動の推進 ・公害防止管理者業務 ・環境ヒヤリハット時の現場での処置および指示 ※高浜工場の環境管理（大気汚染、水質汚濁、土壌汚染などの工場周りの法令対応）。 ※工場の省エネ（CO2削減等）は生産技術部門が、サステナビリティ事業企画は別部署が担当するため、本求人の対象外です。Company Info
