当社の継続的な企業価値向上を達成すべく開示の高度化、株主・投資家とのエンゲージメント強化を始めとしたIR活動に取り組んでいる。今後も投資家のターゲティング分析や対話の拡充、深化を行い、対話により得られた気づきの当社経営への還元、施策への反映といったサイクルの加速、機能の高度化を目指していく 【IR課】 企業価値向上の為の各種IR策の提言と実行。具体的には投資家分析、当社施策の影響調査などの分析業務、外部向け開示物の制作（決算資料、統合報告書等）、IRツアーやIR Dayなど当社理解を深めるイベントの企画。 IR面談における国内、海外投資家や証券アナリストとの対話、会社説明会等を通じた個人投資家とのコミュニケーションや対話から得られた当社企業価値向上に資する示唆の経営への還元。また社内IR説明会等を通じ、営業、職能現場への経営や株式市場の趣意の共有。 格付け向上に向けた格付け機関との対話と交渉。 【統合ディスクロージャー課】 株主総会の企画と運営、招集通知の作成。 有価証券報告書、事業報告、決算短信、統合報告書のうち非財務情報開示に係る社内統括および英訳。 個人株主説明会の企画・運営、コミュニケーション誌（旧株主通信）制作、ウェブサイトの企画・更新等、個人株主とのコミュニケーション全般。 機関投資家（株主）との面談（海外、国内）実施。 株式管理業務。Company Info
