＜当社の特徴＞ 当社は、福島第一原発での事故をきっかけとした国家プロジェクトで集結したメンバーが中心となり、「国難に立ち向かうことで集結した技術により、ダイヤモンド半導体を社会実装する」というミッションの下に立ち上がったスタートアップ企業です。 ダイヤモンド半導体は、高温環境・高放射線環境への耐性が高く、また高出力高周波素子としてのポテンシャルがあり、シリコン・SiC・GaNに代わる「究極の半導体」と言われています。 福島県大熊町には、世界初となるダイヤモンド半導体の量産工場が竣工済みです。今後は、廃炉のみならず、宇宙・安全保障・次世代通信・エネルギーインフラ等の領域への社会実装を進めていきます。 ＜つくば拠点について＞ 当社のつくば研究所は、産業技術総合研究所（産総研）の中央第2第二事業所内にあります。産総研の研究設備を活用しながら、ダイヤモンド半導体の研究開発を進めている研究拠点です。 研究員10名規模が在籍しており、福島工場・札幌本社とも連携しながら、量産化に向けた技術開発を行っています。 ＜募集背景＞ 研究開発体制の拡充に伴い、つくば拠点における事務業務を担っていただける方を募集します。 産総研という国立研究機関の中にある拠点であるため、研究所特有の事務手続きやルールへの理解が不可欠です。国立研究所での事務経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します。 研究者・技術者が研究開発に集中できる環境を、事務面からサポートいただける方を求めています。Company Info
Ookuma Diamond Device Co., Ltd. is a Japanese deep tech company focused on the commercialization of diamond semiconductor devices. The company was founded with a mission to utilize expertise gained from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant decommissioning project to develop and deploy diamond semiconductors capable of operating in extreme environments. These "ultimate" semiconductors offer superior resistance to harsh conditions, high power and frequency characteristics, and excellent heat dissipation, making them suitable for applications in nuclear decommissioning, space, defense, and next-generation communications (Beyond 5G/6G). Ookuma Diamond Device is currently constructing the world's first diamond semiconductor manufacturing plant in Okuma, Fukushima, with completion slated for 2026, aiming to establish a next-generation semiconductor industry from Japan.Login to see all information about offers.
