2026年5月、当社は福島県大熊町に世界初となるダイヤモンド半導体の量産拠点「大熊ダイヤモンドデバイス 福島工場」を竣工しました。廃炉・宇宙・安全保障・次世代通信などへの社会実装に向けた重要な拠点として、いま日本中の注目を集めています。 ダイヤモンド半導体は、高温環境・高放射線環境への耐性が高く、高出力高周波素子としてのポテンシャルがあり、シリコン・SiC・GaNに代わる「究極の半導体」と呼ばれています。当社は、廃炉作業をはじめ、宇宙・安全保障・次世代通信（Beyond 5G/6G）・エネルギーインフラ等の領域へ、世界初となるダイヤモンド半導体の社会実装を進めています。 半導体製造施設における施設管理業務を担当していただきます。具体的には以下の業務を行います。 ・施設の維持管理業務（設備点検・保守・修理） ・安全衛生管理業務（安全教育・リスクアセスメント・事故対応） ・環境管理業務（廃棄物処理・エネルギー管理・環境法令遵守） ・施設の運営に関する予算管理・コスト分析 ・外部業者との調整・管理 ・社内関係部署との連携・調整Company Info
Ookuma Diamond Device Co., Ltd. is a Japanese deep tech company focused on the commercialization of diamond semiconductor devices. The company was founded with a mission to utilize expertise gained from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant decommissioning project to develop and deploy diamond semiconductors capable of operating in extreme environments. These "ultimate" semiconductors offer superior resistance to harsh conditions, high power and frequency characteristics, and excellent heat dissipation, making them suitable for applications in nuclear decommissioning, space, defense, and next-generation communications (Beyond 5G/6G).
