Job Summary
◆国内担当の営業部門に配属となります。 ・自社製品のBtoBのルート営業になります。 ・全国主力百貨店、時計専門店、チェーンストア法人へのルート営業を担っていただきます。 ・エリアは都内もしくは関東エリアを担当いただく予定です。 ・店舗や法人のフェアの提案やキャンペーンの立案など、企画業務にも携わっていただきます。 ■詳しい業務内容 ザ・シチズン、カンパノラといった高価格帯商品をはじめ、アテッサ、クロスシーなど人気のブランドを老舗時計店や百貨店、チェーンストアへ提案をしていただきます。 各クライアントの特色をいかしながら、フェアやキャンペーンを企画・提案していきます。 営業活動はルート営業が基本で、電車や公共交通機関をつかっての移動が中心です。 （エリアによっては車も可能です）法人によってはオンラインでの商談もあります。 外出頻度は週に3～4回程度、出張頻度は月に1～2回程度です。 時計の事前知識は全く不要です。入社後には商品研修を行いますので、一から知識を身に着けていただきます。 ■アピールポイント 自社商品の販売、提案した企画の成功により、お客様と多くの達成感を得ることができる仕事です。 また、弊社は製品の製造から販売まで自社で一貫しておこなう総合時計メーカーですので、 お客様からいただい声をものづくりに反映することができるのが魅力です。 社外はもちろん、社内の他部署との関わりも多いのが特徴です。組織の壁を越えて思う存分自分のアイデアを発揮したいという方には、ぴったりのフィールドだと思います。Company Info
