ワンバンクは「家計簿アプリ」と「Visaプリペイドカード」を組み合わせたサービスです。日々の決済でカードが使われており、お客様から入金いただいたお金の管理や日常的に決済が滞りなくできることがサービスに求められています。お金を扱うサービスだからこそ、サービスの信頼性やセキュリティ基準を高く保つことはすべてのお客様にとって重要です。 現在マイカード、ペアカードに続き、ICカードの発行を可能にしたことで、順調にご利用いただくお客様の数も増え、今後もより多くのお客様にご利用いただくことが見込まれています。そういった背景もあり、利用者数の増加によるパフォーマンス面での問題解消や、エンジニア全体の生産性をあげていくための基盤作りなど、開発のアジリティを維持しつつ高い信頼性を保ち続けることが求められてきています。 以上の課題に向き合う専用の職種が必要であるため、SREを募集するに至りました。短期的にはインフラ構築やオペレーション部分の最適化を目指しつつ、長期的にはサービスのパフォーマンスや信頼性向上に取り組んでいただき、それらを組織的に解決していくことがSREに期待されます。Company Info
