私たちは、ドローンやロボティクスを活用し、石油・化学プラントをはじめとする大規模設備産業の点検・保全業務の変革に取り組んでいます。現場で取得したデータなどを起点に、業務のあり方そのものをデジタルへと転換することを目指しています。 その中核となるのが、複数のプロダクトを束ねるプラットフォーム「SENSYN CORE」です。SENSYN COREプラットフォーム（PF）チームは、今年度から中期的な目標達成に向けて動き出していますが、それを支える企画（PdM）側の人材が不足しています。新しい技術要素や難易度の高い横断課題への対応が一部メンバーに集中しているため、プロダクトを仕様策定から運用まで担い、ゆくゆくは複数プロダクトを横断する基盤設計にも関わっていただけるPdMを募集します。PFチームは会社全体の横断課題にも関わるため、ここが強くなることは会社全体のスピードの底上げに直結します。 SENSYN COREは、現場データを組織知へと積み上げていくプラットフォームファミリーです。対象とする現場は、石油・化学プラントのような大規模設備産業。定期修繕工事ひとつ取っても、何百もの工程・何千もの作業ステップ・複数の協力会社・多言語の現場担当者が絡み合う、極めて複雑な業務領域です。 こうした現場のデータを、画像・動画などの非構造化データ基盤、設備・組織・工事などのマスタデータ基盤、組織知を扱うナレッジ基盤（将来構想）といった層で捉え、複数プロダクトを横断する共通基盤として設計しています。OCRや新しいデータ活用領域など、プラットフォームに取り込むべきプロダクト・機能は継続的に増え続けています。 なお本プラットフォームは、クラウド上のWebサービスに加え、ハードウェア（ドローン・各種機器）との連携や外部サービスとの接続といった、広いエコシステムを扱う難しさがあります。そのため、一定の技術理解と、それを束ねるリーダーシップが求められます。 また私たちは、生成AIを前提とした開発・業務スタイルへの移行を積極的に進めています。プロダクトづくりそのものに生成AIをどう組み込むかを含め、次の時代のプロダクトマネジメントの技術・経験が身につく環境です。
