高高度気球の製造を成立させるための生産技術開発を担うポジションです。 本ポジションでは、薄膜・フィルム材を用いた大型構造物を高い再現性で製造するために、工法・治工具・設備・検査方法・作業環境・工程条件を一から設計・構築していただきます。 単なる工程改善ではなく、「どうすればこの製品を安定して作れるのか」を起点に、接合・溶着・熱シール・裁断・展開・搬送・リーク検査・異物管理・環境制御などの要素技術を統合し、製造プロセスそのものを開発する役割です。 設計・品質保証・調達・製造現場・外注先と連携しながら、試作と評価を通じて得られた知見を工程・設備・検査体系へと落とし込み、歩留まり・再現性・トレーサビリティ・安全性を高めていきます。 研究開発段階から量産準備までが並行する環境において、未確立の製造プロセスを仮説検証しながら確立していくポジションです。Company Info
