Job Summary

AI搭載通信型ドライブレコーダーを用いた交通事故削減支援サービス「DRIVE CHART」において、顧客体験（CX）の最大化とサポート業務の高度化をリードするテクニカルサポート担当を募集します。本ポジションは、複雑な技術トラブルの2次エスカレーション対応や外注先管理といった「守り」のサポートにとどまりません。生成AI等のテクノロジーを活用した業務の自動化・自己解決の推進や、データ・VOCを起点とした「質問を生まない」ためのチュートリアル導入・UI/UX設計など、「攻め」のカスタマーエクスペリエンス向上を開発チームと共に牽引していただきます。
