事業企画 保険会社・プラットフォーマーとの共創を通じた保険のエコシステム創造にチャレンジ 採用部門 概要 フィンテック戦略企画統括部ならびにリードインクスは、ソフトバンク株式会社のグループ力を活かし、デジタル上での多様な顧客接点の提供や事業のDXをトータルで支援します。これにより、保険会社と事業会社を最先端のテクノロジーでつなぎ、「保険会社」と「事業会社」の価値を高めます。さらに「エンドユーザー」とのエンゲージメントを強化し、今までにない保険体験を創造します。 【ミッション】 保険業界のデジタルトランスフォーメーションの実現を目指す。 【主な業務】 これまで解決できていなかった保険業界の課題をソフトバンクの持つ膨大なグループアセットを活用し、解決に導く新事業を創出する。主に以下のような手法で事業推進する。 ・海外の先進的な保険サービスの取組を保険会社やプラットフォーマーへコンサルティング実施 ・保険会社とプラットフォーマーのビジネスアライアンスを作り、保険業界の新たなビジネススキームを構築 ・保険会社やプラットフォーマーに対して新たな保険商品リリースに必要となる次世代システムの導入を推進 【具体的業務】 ・業界課題の特定のためのマーケットリサーチ ・特定した業界課題を解決に向けた企画をPMFなどのフレームワークを活用し立案する ・企画案をローンチに向けた各種業務推進を行う ・ローンチ後の新事業の運営や改善検討の対応Company Info
