【募集背景】 当部門では、コンシューマゲームタイトル（例：ソニック、ぷよぷよ など）の インゲームデータを活用した製品・サービス改善を推進しています。 データを単に可視化するだけでなく、「何をどう変えるべきか」を導く分析を強化するため、 データサイエンス技術に強い分析者を募集します。 【業務内容】 ●コンシューマゲームのインゲームデータ分析におけるモデル構築・検証 ●Pythonを用いたデータ分析、機械学習モデルの設計・改良 ●統計モデリングや予測モデルによるプレイヤー行動分析・施策効果検証 ●SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工、および分析基盤改善（エンジニア連携含む） ●分析結果をもとにした示唆出し・施策提案 【求める人物像】 ●課題の本質を見抜き、目的から逆算して筋道を立てて考えられる方 ●芯を持って意見を伝え、調整を前に進められる方 ●新しい分析手法・技術を吸収し、実務に活かす意欲を持つ方 ●プレイヤーの視点を持ち、データからゲームの面白さを読み解ける方Company Info
