※本ポストは、株式会社NTTドコモ・フィナンシャルグループへ出向予定ポストとなります。 ・債権回収業務の委託先管理（契約・精算含む）・調整 ・委託先で実施している債権回収業務の効率化・高度化施策の立案・実行 ・債権回収業務の効率化・高度化に必要なシステム開発 ・主査（チームリーダー）としてのメンバーマネジメント（※評価等は含まない） 社内での成長領域として重点がおかれている⾦融・決済領域の中でも会員基盤の核となるdカード事業の将来の基盤構築を担い、実務的に非常に重要な債権回収を担うことで社内における高い専門性を高めることができるやりがいのあるポストです。 また、現状に満足することなくAI等新技術の活用も見据え、更なる効率化に向けて抜本的な構造改革に向けてチャレンジする組織です。Company Info
