株式会社Plate Oneは、外食産業に特化したAIサービスを開発するスタートアップです。私たちは飲食業界の業務効率化・利益最大化を実現するため、生成AI技術やAIエージェントを活用したSaaSプロダクトを展開しています。 AIエンジニアとして、下記のような業務を担っていただきます： ・外食産業向けAIプロダクトにおけるAI/MLモデルの設計・開発・運用 ・需要予測、シフト最適化、スキルマッチング、採用支援などにおけるアルゴリズム開発 ・AIエージェント（LLM）の応答制御、プロンプト設計、RAGや外部API連携の設計 ・社内プロダクトチームとの連携によるAI機能の仕様策定・改善 ・モデル精度のモニタリングと継続的改善 ・新しいAI技術の調査・評価・実験的導入Company Info
