Job Summary
ELYZAは、大規模言語モデル（LLM）の研究開発と社会実装において、国内トップクラスの実績を積み重ねてきました。次なる挑戦は、LLM/VLMが持つ高度な「意味理解」を物理世界へ接続し、現実空間の課題解決に挑むEmbodied AIの領域です。 物理空間のデータをAIで解析し、ロボットやデバイスの制御・自律化を行うフィジカルAIの領域では、いま新たな技術革新の先駆けとして、特定の作業に縛られず多様な物理タスクをこなせるVLA（Vision-Language-Action）モデルが注目を集め始めています。 技術フェーズとしては、LLMにおける2019〜2020年頃に相当するとも言われ、ELYZAでも今後1〜3年で実用レベルへの進化が見込まれる重要なタイミングだと考えています。 一方で、リサーチエンジニアがどれほど優秀なAIを開発しても、それを物理世界に適用するには、ハードウェアの特性や力学を熟知し、AIと現実空間を適切に接続する専門家が不可欠です。 本ポジションのミッションは、ロボットハードウェアの実践的な知見とAIモデルのシステム統合スキルを駆使し、フィジカルAIの社会実装を牽引することです。 市販のロボットやエンドエフェクタでは対応が難しい課題に直面した際にも、3Dプリンタ等を用いた柔軟なプロトタイピング能力と、最先端のAI技術への探究心を掛け合わせ、実運用可能な水準までロボットシステムの完成度を引き上げていただきます。Company Info
