secondz digital は、日本を代表する大手企業のAI変革を、戦略構想から実装・本番定着まで一気通貫で支援するAIスタートアップです。大手企業からの引き合いが拡大し、シリーズA調達をしました。 案件が増える中で、いまのボトルネックは、顧客に入り込み、AIで自ら形にしながら、エンタープライズの品質・セキュリティ基準と多数のステークホルダーを束ね、AIプロジェクトを「現場で使われる」状態まで完遂させるPM（プロジェクトマネージャー）です。 このポジションは、エンジニアリング経験が求められるコーディングや機械学習の知識を必須としません。求めるのは、大規模プロジェクトを完遂してきたPM力と、生成AIやCoding Agentを用いて自分の手で作る姿勢、そしてAI領域に本気で取り組みたいという意志です。Company Info
