募集背景 Big Techカンパニーを目指して成長を続けるマネーフォワードにおいて生産性は非常に重要な要素である一方、現在のSaaS選定や運用にはいくつか課題があり、必ずしも最適なIT業務環境を提供できているとはいえない状況です。 5000人規模のグローバル企業にふさわしいSaaSのポートフォリオを計画・運用すること、 それらの活用推進を徹底的に行うことで開発とビジネスのさらなる加速に寄与することが情報システム部門の急務となっています。 日本発のスタートアップ企業からグローバルなエンタープライズ企業へ変革を遂げようとするエキサイティングなフェーズで、IT企画担当の部長候補としてSaaSの導入・運用に関するプロジェクトを社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら推進していただける方を募集しています！ 配属先について 配属先のグローバルIT本部 Corporate SaaS Management部では海外拠点（ベトナム・インド）を含めた全グループ社員が使用するSaaSの管理・活用推進を行っています。 「SaaSを通じて、全従業員が本質的な価値創出に集中できる状態を提供する」をチームのミッションとしており、以下の業務を担当しています。 グループ全体で使用するSaaSの運用管理、運用改善（Google Workspace、Slack、Zoomなど） 新規導入SaaSの企画・選定・導入・定着・運用 全社標準SaaSの活用支援 ITコストの平準化・適正化 長期経営計画を見据えたSaaSポートフォリオ・AI活用計画策定 主な業務内容 SaaS管理に関わる企画推進から実運用までを、ご自身の興味やご経験に応じて行っていただきます。当ポジションでは、チームへの技術的な指導に加え、組織目標に合致したプロジェクトを推進する「プレイングマネージャー」としての役割が求められます。また、国内拠点のみならず、ベトナムやインドなどの海外拠点とも連携し、グループ全体に影響を及ぼす大規模なプロジェクトをリードいただきます。 SaaSの機能研究や活用推進活動（AI活用含む） 全社情報共有のあり方定義、SaaS選定、導入 グループ全体での管理ポリシーの策定、運用構築（ライセンス付与、棚卸し、変更管理など） 予算立案および支出管理、ベンダーとの関係構築 マニュアルオペレーションの業務改善 社内ヘルプデスク業務 問い合わせ対応 ユーザ向けナレッジの構築管理
