MonotaRO（モノタロウ）は、間接資材（オフィス用品、工具、消耗品など）を取り扱う国内最大級のBtoBオンラインストアを運営しています。商品点数2,800万点超、長期間にわたって前年比20％成長というスピードでビジネス規模の拡大を続けています。 2010年からは、大企業のお客様に対し当社購買システムの導入・ご提案をし、管理購買に関わるコスト・業務の削減に寄与する「エンタープライズ事業（旧：購買管理システム事業）」をスタートさせました。 同システムでは、お客様の工場や支店など拠点ごとで行われている資材購買を一括でシステム管理し、全社の購買プロセスの効率化・DX化を実現します。多くのお客様にご好評いただき、現在は連携企業数5,900社を突破。事業単体の通期売上高は1,063億円に達し、1,000億円の大台を突破する全社の中核事業として、現在も非常に高いスピードで規模を拡大しています。 本ポジションでは、この急成長を続けるエンタープライズ事業のさらなる売上拡大と仕組み化を目指し、営業組織のパートナーとして伴走しながら、データ分析を主軸とした営業戦略を共に描き、推進していく役割を担っていただきたいと考えています。Company Info
