最先端のロボティクス・AI技術を駆使し、建設・製造現場を中心としたものづくり産業における「人の手に頼らざるを得なかった作業」をAIが行う世界を目指します。単なるPoC(技術検証)に留まらず、実際の現場導入を見据えた研究開発と、実運用からのフィードバックループ(データフライホイール)の構築を担当します。認識・判断アルゴリズムの開発 (Perception & Planning) 3Dビジョン（Point Cloud, RGB-D）を用いた、未知物体や変形物の認識・姿勢推定（6D Pose Estimation） VLA (Vision-Language-Action) モデルや基盤モデル（Foundation Models）を活用した、言語指示によるタスク生成と推論。 3D Gaussian Splatting を用いた環境認識・シーン再構成技術の実装。 LiDAR SLAM, Visual SLAM, GNSSを用いた自己位置推定技術の実装。制御・操作アルゴリズムの実装 (Manipulation & Control) 接触を伴う高難度マニピュレーション（Contact-rich manipulation）の実現。模倣学習（Imitation Learning / Diffusion Policy）や強化学習を用いた、複雑な動作の獲得。モデル予測制御（MPC）と学習ベース手法を組み合わせた、高精度かつロバストな軌道生成。シミュレーション・インフラ構築 (Sim2Real & Infrastructure) 自社開発シミュレータ / NVIDIA Isaac Sim を活用した大規模並列シミュレーション環境の構築と、ドメインランダム化（Domain Randomization）によるSim2Real転移。合成データ（Synthetic Data）生成パイプラインの構築による学習データの拡充。 ROS 2 / Docker を用いたコンテナ化と、エッジデバイス（Jetson Orin等）への最適化・デプロイ。
