ISO事務局として、DIC千葉工場における品質・環境マネジメントシステムの運用を推進して頂きたいと考えています。 具体的には、 ・ISO9001及び14001の認証審査に事務局として対応する業務 ・品質・環境マネジメントシステムに基づく工場の内部監査 ・サステナビリティ活動に関する方針作成や統括業務 ・改善活動の推進 ・上記業務におけるメンバーの管理 ＜業務のやりがいや面白さ＞ ・千葉工場はDIC最大の工場であり、品質・環境マネジメントシステムの運用を通じて、大規模工場を管理する面白さややりがいを得ることができます。 ・品質や環境・安全といった工場内部署と連携し、専門的な知識や経験を得ることができます。 ・他のDICグループ事業所と交流し、幅広い知見を得ることができます。 ＜将来のキャリアイメージ＞ ＜1～3年後＞ISO担当業務を通して、千葉工場のマネジメントシステムを理解して頂きます。 ＜2～5年後＞千葉工場における管理部門の幹部（例：安全環境グループのグループマネジャー）を目指すことができます。 ＜入社後の期待＞ ・他部署と円滑にコミュニケーションを行い、工場のマネジメントシステムを円滑に進めることを期待しています。Company Info
