顧客対応クラウド『Re:lation（リレーション）』の信頼性と安定性を支え、成長を加速させるSRE（Site Reliability Engineering）業務全般をお任せします。 当社では現在、体制強化のため、即戦力のスペシャリストはもちろん、これからSREとしてのキャリアを築きたいポテンシャル層の方まで、幅広く募集しています。 【具体的な業務内容】 インフラ基盤の設計・構築・運用：AWSを用いたスケーラブルな基盤構築 Infrastructure as Code (IaC)：Terraform による構成管理・自動化 コンテナオーケストレーション：コンテナ環境を使ったサービスの設計、構築、改善 オブザーバビリティの推進：SLI/SLO/エラーバジェットの設計、運用 パフォーマンス最適化：トランザクション数やデータ量の増加に伴うボトルネック解消 セキュリティの強化：外部攻撃に対する予防的・発見的な機構の整備、脆弱性対応 サーバレス活用：Lambda等を用いた簡易的なプログラミングによる機能実装 CI/CDの構築・運用改善：デプロイパイプラインの高度化 トイルの撲滅：開発チームの業務効率化、自動化による定型作業の削減 その他：採用活動、技術調査など、サービスやチームをより良くするための諸施策Company Info
