当社は、センサフュージョン技術と睡眠解析技術を駆使し、介護・医療現場のDXを推進するヘルスケアSaaS企業です。主力サービス「ライフリズムナビ＋Dr.」の急成長に伴い、新規顧客の獲得・認知拡大に向けたプロモーション体制を強化しています。 今回の募集では、経営企画部門のメンバーとして、全社戦略・事業計画の策定・推進から各種分析、プロジェクトマネジメントまで幅広い実務を担当いただきます。将来的にはマネジメント層（中間職）へのステップアップを視野に入れ、主体的に全社最適の視点で成果を出していただける方を募集します。 【業務内容】 ・事業計画の数値モデル構築、経営会議・取締役会等に向けた提案・報告資料の作成 ・全社プロジェクトの事務局・進行管理 ・議事録作成、課題管理、スケジュール管理などを通じた全社的プロジェクトの推進・下支え ・データ分析・マーケティングリサーチ ・市場動向／競合分析／社内数値データの分析・取りまとめ（事業戦略部門等と連携） ・社内文書・規程の一次作成（ドラフト） ・ガバナンスや業務運用に必要な各種社内文書・規程類の作成・見直し ・各部門との実務調整・合意形成 ・各現場部門からの情報収集および実務レベルでの調整・推進Company Info
