フォトラクションは、40万件以上の建設プロジェクトで活用される建設BPaaS「Photoruction」を提供しています。 プロダクトの成長とAIの発達に伴い、開発スピードは年々加速する一方で、品質をどのように維持・向上させ続けるかが重要なテーマになっています。従来のように「開発が終わってからテストを行う」品質保証ではなく、企画・設計・実装・リリースまでの開発プロセス全体の中で品質を作り込む開発スタイルへ移行しています。 また、フォトラクションでは Claude Code、Devin、Codex などのAI開発支援ツールを積極的に活用し、開発生産性を高めています。その中で今後は、以下のようなことをを整備していく必要があります。 ・AIを活用したテスト自動化 ・AIによる品質分析 ・開発プロセスへの品質の組み込み ・AI時代に適した品質保証プロセス 今回募集するDevOps / SETエンジニアは、単にテストを行うポジションではありません。開発チームの一員として、コードを書きながら品質向上の仕組みを設計し、AIも活用しながら、より高速で安全な開発サイクルを実現する役割を担っていただきます。Company Info
