配属先は、現在8名体制で、各部門に散在する間接業務を引き受けて一元的に運用し、AIエージェントや自動化ツールの力で継続的に改善を進めるコーポレートシェアード部門です。 このポジションでは、業務プロセスの再設計（BPR）から自動化の実装・運用・効果検証までを一気通貫で担い、その成果を全社に広げていく役割をお任せします。まずは自ら手を動かして実績をつくり、将来的にはBPR推進チームのリーダーとして組織を牽引していただくことを期待しています。 当社は、エンターテインメント領域を中心に事業を展開する上場企業です。当社ではすでに全社的なAI活用を推進しており、この流れをさらに加速させ、AIエージェントや自動化ツールの力で業務プロセスを根本から再設計し、業務改革（BPR）を牽引する中核人材を募集します。Company Info
