配属先は、部門長を含む3名体制の情報システム部門です。ヘルプデスクやネットワーク構築・保守運用等の定型運用の多くは外部パートナーに委託しており、社員はその管理・運用を担いながら、AI活用・内製開発・IT企画に軸足を置いていきます。少人数組織のため、一人ひとりの裁量が大きい環境です。 このポジションは、AIネイティブを前提とした社内業務の仕組みづくりを、企画から実装・推進まで一気通貫でリードする役割です。単なる運用ではなく、業務課題の構造化（BPR）・要件定義・ツール選定・内製／委託の判断までを主体的に担い、コーポレートITのあり方そのものをデザインします。 コーポレートIT刷新の企画・自動化推進をリードするPMを担っていただきます。リードに徹するだけでなく、自ら手を動かして実装・検証まで行うことも期待します。Company Info
