Job Summary

医療・介護・物流・製造・飲食・サービス業や官公庁など、幅広い業界の顧客の実態にカスタマイズした営業提案から受注後フォローまでお任せします。まずは先輩社員との営業動向やPJTを通じて業務をキャッチアップいただき、経験や思考にあわせて担当領域を①～④のなかで広げていただきます。 ①清掃・配膳・運搬等のサービスロボットのコンサルティング提案・顧客の業界・事業研究・商談時のヒアリングをもとに、仮設だてたシナリオ設計・提案 ※売り切り型ではなく、数か月～半年以上の提案期間で進める営業スタイルです ②チームフォロー・案件進捗管理、メンバーフォローなど ※まずは1つのフォローをMgrと一緒に進めていただきます ※福岡オフィス：マネージャー1名、メンバー6名、インターン生1名 ③サービスロボットのPoC（導入前のトライアル運用）・設置・導入先とのPoC・設置の与件整理・導入先でサービスロボットを稼働するためのハードウェア・ソフトウェア設定 ※先輩社員や専門チームによるOJTを実施しますのでご安心ください ④提案・受注後の顧客フォロー・導入後のサービスロボット稼働状況や顧客状況の把握・折衝・導入後の新たな課題やより高い品質を実現するための追加提案・改善施策検討【仕事の魅力】・社会課題の1つである労働力不足や人口減少に対する社会的な価値の大きい事業で新規・拡大アクションに携わる意義を感じられます・幅広い業界の顧客の実態に合った最先端のサービスロボットをカスタマイズ提案できるため、課題発見・仮説検証・提案力などSalesとしてのスキル・経験を広げることができます【採用背景】 2017年創業の後発ベンチャーながら、業界を問わず急増するニーズに応え、直近3年の平均売上は120％超と急成長を遂げています。今後、これまで以上の市場シェアを獲得し、「ロボットならDFA」と認識いただくためには、成長フェーズの転換が重要。「個の突破力」で市場を切り拓いてきたこれまでから、「再現性ある勝ち筋・仕組み」を作り組織力を高めるために、増員募集を行います。
