東芝は創業以来140年以上もの長きに亘り、一貫して独自の技術開発を行い、その技術力で社会を、日本を、そして世界を豊かにしてきた企業です。 これまで積み重ねてきた「ものづくり」企業としての実績、信頼と実力を武器に、新たな時代の主役になっていくべく、事業運営・組織体制の強化が求められています。 電力を供給、制御する役目を果たす半導体のパワーデバイスは、あらゆる電気機器の省エネルギー化に不可欠なデバイスであり、自動車の電動化や産業機器の自動化などを背景に、今後も継続的な需要拡大が見込まれています。 当社はこれまで、加賀東芝を中心に、200mmウエハー対応の製造ラインの生産能力を増強してきました。今回、同社の既存建屋における200mmウエハー対応のクリーンルーム内に、300mmウエハー対応の製造ラインを敷設し、低耐圧MOSFET、IGBTの生産能力を増強します。 それに伴い300mmウエハー対応の新製造ラインの構築、および新製品に対応した新規プロセス・装置を開発する人材や、化合物半導体の大口径化に適したウェーハ製造プロセス・装置を開発する人材を募集します。 MOSFETやIGBT等のSiパワー半導体デバイスのユニットプロセス(成膜プロセス、リソグラフィ、ドライエッチング/ウェットエッチング、イオン注入など)の開発を進めていただきます。 各工程毎にチーム編成してそれぞれのプロセスで専門家集団を形成して業務を進めています。 各チームでリーダーシップを発揮して開発を牽引していただける人財を求めており、お任せする工程はこれまでのご経験をお伺いしたうえでご相談いたします。Company Info
