次世代電池の品質向上に向けた不具合解析・解析技術開発・グローバル解析体制構築を担っていただきます。 主に解析力向上チームに配属予定です。 現在検討中の解析力向上テーマは20件程度あり、少人数組織の中で高い裁量を持ちながら推進いただきます。 主な業務 電池セル・電池パックの不具合解析 ●市場品質問題や開発段階で発生する不具合の原因解析 ●再発防止に向けた技術的フィードバック ●関連部門との改善推進 解析体制整備 ●海外拠点を含む解析拠点の構築・運営支援 ●新製品立ち上げに向けた解析体制整備 ●解析設備導入・保全業務 解析技術開発 ●最新解析技術の調査・評価 ●新たな解析手法の企画・開発 ●解析力向上施策の立案・実行 プロジェクト推進 ●社内外関係者との折衝・調整 ●トヨタグループ各社や解析機器メーカーとの連携 ●将来的なチームマネジメント業務
