【背景】 ティアフォーは「自動運転の民主化」をミッションに掲げ、オープンソースの自動運転ソフトウェアAutowareを軸とした事業を展開してきました。2026年7月には東証グロース市場への上場で資金調達を行い、自動運転の社会実装に向け戦略を実行推進しています。 この戦略を着実に進めるために、中期経営計画・年度計画の策定からモニタリング、市場・競合分析、M&A推進までを担う機能を強化します。本ポジションでは、経営企画部の一員として、経営陣とともに全社戦略を形にし、実行までを推進いただける方を募集します。 【仕事内容】 中期経営計画および年度事業計画の策定 -- 事業部門・開発部門と連携した事業計画の策定と全社視点での統合 -- 重点施策の具体化、および必要リソース（ヒト・モノ・カネ）の見極め -- 経営会議・取締役会向け資料の作成 策定した計画のモニタリング、および進捗のボトルネック特定・解消に向けた推進 市場分析・競合分析・技術動向のリサーチ M&A・資本業務提携等、インオーガニック成長オプションの検討・推進
