私たちエヌエスパートナーズグループは、経営パートナー事業を軸に、 地域医療事業を拡大し続け、地域医療の未来を創っていきます。 医療や介護に思い入れのある方、病院・介護事業マネジメントに興味のある方、 地域医療・産業創造にチャレンジしたい方のご参画を、お待ちしております。 仕事内容 （雇入れ直後） 当社が経営再建を行う医療機関等に対して、業績管理、経営課題の分析、社内外に向けた業績や計画の説明、施設の新規立ち上げなどを担い、経営参謀としてご活躍いただきます。 具体的な内容 業績管理(P/L・B/S管理、経営戦略のKPI管理、モニタリング) 経営課題の分析、アクションプランの策定(現場のターンアラウンドチームと協働) 新規施設の立ち上げ(マーケット調査、事業計画策定、経営資源手配、行政との折衝、進捗管理等） 投資家や金融機関向けの説明資料の作成とプレゼン その他経営に関わる業務 ★事業のターンアラウンドを推進するチームと協働し、 経営を側近で学びながら経験を積むことが可能。 （変更の範囲） 当社及び関連会社が指示する業務全般Company Info
