当社は2024年10月に東証グロース市場へ上場し、現在は上場から約2年が経ちました。この間、開示・IR活動は担当者1名の体制で、株主・投資家対応から、開示にあたっての経営陣との意向のすり合わせ、資料作成まで、その全工程を1人で回してきました。 一方で、四半期ごとの開示に加え、子会社設立（LoLLL株式会社）や資本業務提携など、開示イベントそのものが増えています。事業も「第二創業」として大企業向け・中堅中小向け・地方向けの3領域へ広がっており、投資家に説明すべきことの量と複雑さが、1人で担える範囲を超えつつあるというのが率直な現状です。 そこで今回、IR機能を1名体制から複数名体制へ再構築するフェーズの中核メンバーを募集します。投資家・株主との対話の最前線に立っていただくことも、開示資料の品質そのものを引き上げていただくことも、どちらも当社にとって同じくらい重要なテーマです。ご経験の重心に応じて、担っていただく領域を一緒に決めていきます。 ■業務内容 上場企業としてのIR活動全般を、経営陣およびコーポレート・事業各部門と連携しながら担っていただきます。 開示の背景にある意図を理解したうえで、対話の言葉や資料の構成・表現に落とし込める方を求めています。Company Info
