Job Summary
三重工場の拡張に伴い、三重EHSの強化。 まずは三重総務課長・メンバーが兼務しているEHS業務「安全」を最優先に、「環境」「健康」も引継いでいただく予定です。 また20代のEHSメンバーの育成を含め、将来的には三重EHSの管理職として組織をリードしていただき、三重工場の発展とともに三重EHSを強化していただきたい。 ※製造業なので、設備や作業者に関する安全業務がメインになります。 ※基本方針などはEHS室本体で策定しておりますが、各分室とも協業して策定し、企画・推進しております。 EHS室では、環境、健康、安全に関連する業務を担当しており、社員数の増加に伴い、それぞれの機能の増強を図っています。 現在、EHS室は京都工場のみの体制であり、サイト単位でのEHS機能設置を見据えた体制強化が必要です。 三重工場では労災・事故の改善対応に加え、今後の工場拡張も予定されていることから、早期の体制構築に向けた増員採用になります。Company Info
