当社の表面硬化技術であるデュラテクトの開発部門では、PVD・CVDを中心に時計外装用の表面処理技術開発を行っています。硬質膜のプロセス開発だけでなく、成膜装置の構造や仕様にも踏み込んだ技術開発も行っています。真空成膜装置開発は装置メーカー任せにせず、自ら成膜装置を理解し、必要に応じて改善・改造のアイデアを出し、自ら実現できる方を歓迎します。将来的には真空成膜装置に関する専門性を高め、装置メーカーと対等に技術議論を行いながら、自社に最適な設備仕様の検討や装置改善をリードしていただくことを期待しています。加えて成膜プロセスと装置構造の両面から課題を捉え、時計外装部品に求められる高い外観品質と量産安定性を実現する役割を期待しています。 外装開発部 表面処理開発課へ配属となります。20代～50代までの幅広い年代の社員が活躍している職場です。社員定着率は90％以上。直近での平均残業時間は10時間程度。テレワークを活用してメリハリのある働き方ができます。Company Info
