Job Overview: The Mobile Endpoint Engineer is a senior technical and operational leadership role responsible for the delivery of stable, secure and consistent mobile platform services across global regions. The role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with responsibility for line management, leadership and development of Mobile team resources within the Japan region. The role provides senior technical and operational leadership across Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile, mobile applications and associated mobile infrastructure services, while supporting Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management capabilities as they are introduced. The position remains hands-on, covering device enrolment and provisioning, mobile application deployment, platform monitoring, complex incident resolution, change implementation, technical troubleshooting, security remediation and service improvement. The successful candidate will have strong mobile or platform operations experience, with the ability to lead technical resources, manage competing priorities, develop team capability, adapt to change and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
