＜採用背景＞当社では、2050年のカーボンニュートラル(CN)達成に向けて、2040年・2030年を節目とした中長期的な戦略立案と実行計画を推進しています。現在、2024～2026年の中期経営計画の一環として、各事業部門における具体的なCN戦略の策定や新規技術の導入・獲得に向けた企画活動を行っており、その中核を担う人材の確保が急務となっています。神戸製鋼所は国内外に多数の拠点を有しており、カーボンニュートラル関連業務も多岐にわたるため、優先順位の整理や施策の具体化、プロジェクトの推進力が求められる状況です。今後は、社内だけでなく、行政・自治体・他企業との連携も含めた実行フェーズの体制強化が重要課題となっており、企画立案にとどまらず、プロジェクトを自ら推進・実行できる即戦力人材の採用を行うことといたしました。技術的な知識を活かしながら、カーボンニュートラル戦略の企画・実行に貢献いただける方を歓迎します。＜業務内容＞当社のカーボンニュートラル（CN）戦略推進に関する企画・運営をご担当いただきます。事業部門が担う個別テーマに対し、本社機能として全社横断的に対応し、より長期的な視点（2040年・2050年の目標）から施策の企画・支援を行うポジションです。具体的には、同業種や類似課題を持つ企業の動向をベンチマークし、他社事例の比較・改善提案を通じて自社CN施策の高度化・実行力強化に貢献いただきます。入社後はまず、当社の取り組み状況や方針の理解を深めていただき、既存施策の改善提案や推進体制に関する支援業務からスタートしていただきます。半年〜1年後には、既に進行中のプロジェクトへの参画や、新たなCN施策・技術導入の企画提案などを担っていただきます。プロジェクトは原則2年程度をひと区切りとし、テーマによっては延長する場合もあります。事務局としての役割も大きく、社内外との折衝、報告会の運営を通じて推進していただきます。将来的には、2年程度を目安にプロジェクトを自律的にマネジメントしていただくことを想定しています。実行現場での運営というよりも、企画・調整・事務局運営を通じて全社的なCN戦略をリードしていただくポジションです。
