＜配属部署＞鈴鹿工場 品質保証部 試験管理第１グループ ＜職務内容＞ ・原薬、原料、包装資材、製剤バルク、製剤包装品等の試験業務 ・試験結果の照査等の信頼性保証業務 ・試験法、試験記録書の制改訂 ＜入社後のキャリアパス＞ 鈴鹿工場では治験薬製造及び初期商用生産をカバーする施設も有しており、国内外の開発から商用まで、幅広く関わることができます。 欧米にも製品を輸出していることから、国内のGMPに留まらず、米国のGMP準拠の経験を積むことができます。 また、経験と意欲に応じて製品のライフサイクルに応じた様々な業務やマネジメント経験も積むことができます。 品質管理業務は工場全体の活動・案件に関与することになります。 そのため、品質管理業務経験者は工場におけるモノづくり全般やプロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識や経験を積むことができます。 将来においては、品質保証や技術検討などの分野での活躍を視野に入れて、各人の資質や希望を踏まえてキャリアパスを描くことも可能です。 GMPを遵守する一方で常に変革し続けることを推進しており、これからの新たな鈴鹿工場を自ら作り上げる意気込みを尊重し、ご自身の強みを存分に発揮してもらうとともに、更なる成長を後押しします。Company Info
