The Product Discovery Team is responsible for everything from discovering new opportunities to delivering tools that accelerate the pace of research and make it more accessible to the world. Research is a field that is slow to change - our goal is to develop new products that accelerate research and inspire the next generation of researchers. Design plays a critical role in this team. To make our products accessible to all researchers, they must be innovative, rich in functionality, capable of complex tasks, yet simple to learn and use. We're looking for a Product Designer who will help us with this mission. As an early member of this team, you'll take a major role in shaping our design culture and influencing the product direction. 【About This Role】 In this role, you'll work in a small cross-functional team - collaborating closely with engineers and product managers - to discover and design new experiences for researchers. You'll be responsible for visual and UX design, helping shape the future of research together with the team. This position is based in our Tokyo office. As an early member of this team, you'll take a major role in shaping our design culture and influencing the product direction. 【About This Role】 In this role, you'll work in a small cross-functional team - collaborating closely with designers and product managers - to discover new experiences for researchers. You'll be responsible for the architecture and design of complex distributed systems, helping shape the future of research together with the team. This position is based in our Tokyo office. 次世代シークエンサー（NGS）解析を中心としたバイオインフォマティクス業務を担当し、ゲノム編集技術の検証と細胞の表現型解析を行います。主な業務には、Whole Genome Sequence解析によるゲノム編集細胞の品質評価、ヒト細胞およびバクテリアを対象としたRNA-seq、scRNA-seq、ATAC-seq、Perturb-seq解析が含まれます。さらに、機械学習、深層学習、大規模言語モデルを活用したゲノムデザインの最適化も行います。AWSクラウドサーバーの運用管理や、自動細胞培養システムなどのラボオートメーション技術を駆使し、次世代の細胞治療開発や高機能微生物の創出に貢献する innovative な研究開発業務を遂行します。
