職務内容概要 / Overview 事業拡大に伴い、当社ロボット製品の導入・運用を現場で支えるフィールドエンジニアを募集します。単なる設置作業者としてではなく、顧客現場での課題を発見し、主体的に改善・提案・実行できる視座の高い方を求めています。小売店舗を中心とした現場での導入支援や保守対応を担い、社会課題の解決に直結するプロダクトを支えながら、世の中の仕組みを変えるテクノロジーを実装していく最前線を担う極めて重要なポジションです。 Due to our business expansion, we are seeking Field Engineers who will support the introduction and operation of our robotic products on-site. Rather than simply performing installation tasks, we are looking for individuals with a high level of ownership—those who can identify challenges at customer sites and proactively propose, implement, and execute improvements. You will play a key role at the forefront of implementing technologies that transform how society operates, by supporting product deployment and maintenance primarily in retail environments, and contributing directly to solving real-world social issues. 業務内容 当社ロボット製品の設置・導入・初期設定 Installation, Setup, and Commissioning of Our Robot Products 顧客現場でのオペレーション確認、稼働テスト、改善提案 Conducting on-site operation reviews, performance testing, and proposing improvements at the client site. ロボットの定期点検、保守対応、トラブルシューティング Regular inspection, maintenance support, and troubleshooting for robots 顧客からの技術的な問い合わせ対応（オンサイト・リモート） Technical support for customer inquiries (on-site and remote) プロダクト開発チームへのフィードバック収集・報告 Collecting and Reporting Feedback to the Product Development Team 導入マニュアル・運用手順書などドキュメント作成・更新 Creation and Update of Documents such as Implementation Manuals and Operation Procedures 営業・カスタマーサクセスチームとの連携による導入支援・PoCサポート Implementation Support and PoC Assistance in Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Teams 国内外の小売パートナーやベンダーとの技術調整・コミュニケーション Technical Coordination and Communication with Domestic and International Retail Partners and Vendors ※ご経験やご志向に応じてお任せする範囲は調整可能です 　The scope of responsibilities can be adjusted based on your experience and preferences.
